What is the LIIT Method (low intensity interval training)?


Using slow and precise movements, you will wake up your body and activate your muscles, fascia, connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons, No more crazy intense workouts are needed to get results, this Method is proven and sustainable.


My name is Yvette Ravai. My program will guide you every step in this journey from the beginning. I will be your coach, cheerleader, and supporter during your transformational health journey!

Embarking on a new wellness journey takes time and consistency. You will see changes by gently training your body if you stay committed and trust the process. Taking care of ourselves is a lifelong commitment, and I will guide you every step of the way!


When choosing the LIIT Method, it's about the little steps. Those steady steps you take will compound and get you to your goals. With my guidance, I will ensure you don't get overwhelmed and stay focused on achieving the success you deserve.

I believe it's important to check in and ask "why" you want this. What is driving you towards this better body, mind, and soul? Be clear and specific. If you can dig deep within yourself, this is where the transformation will happen.













For best results, you will need to eat a well-balanced healthy diet and do the LIIT Method workouts a minimum of three to four times a week in addition to regular cardio. Do this all from the comfort of your own home! Results vary for each person, as each body is unique.

Allshape fitness classes range from core focused to full body workouts to stretching based classes. I always provide modifications for beginners or injuries.
