1.How often do you update your workout videos?

You get 7 new videos every 30 days, along with my favourite recipes.


2. Is this membership for beginners?

Absolutely. My classes are great for beginners as well as seasoned exercisers! I will give modifications as needed to help beginners avoid injury and enjoy the class. Remember to speak with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.


3. Can I access my memberships on any devices?

Yes. You can access your workouts from varies devices such as a laptop, iPad, cell phone or tablet. Connect your laptop to your TV to watch on a larger screen.


4. If I have an existing injury, is it okay to start this new program?

Before beginning any exercise program, especially with an existing injury, you should always consult your doctor first. If not, you could injure yourself even further.


5. What equipment do I need to buy for this membership?

We will be using mostly dumbbells, resistance bands with toggles, Swiss ball, ankle weights, and body weight. The best place I’ve found to buy bands is on Amazon. If you are new to exercise, I suggest buying 3-pound and 5-pound dumbbells. If you are a more advanced exerciser, then go with a heavier weight such as 8, 10 or 12 pounds. Lastly, I highly recommend buying a 3-pound or 5-pound ankle weights. (That's three pounds per ankle a total of 6 pounds.) My favourite brand on Amazon Canada is Reehut for the ankle weights. We will add in the ankle weights in Month Two of the membership.


6. Do you offer private training classes?

I don't offer private training at this time.


7. How long do I have access to all the workouts and recipes from Yvette?

For as long as you're a member, you'll have unlimited access with allshape fitness workouts. The recipes are downloadable, which you can keep forever.
